Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Get the app on Google Play and use it for free, with no ads popping up at the wrong moment. PRO is optional and isn't there to remove ads, because there are none: it adds an automatic cloud copy, more reminders and other features.
Do I need internet?
No. Everything works offline. Only the Google Drive copy needs internet, and it uploads by itself when you're on Wi-Fi.
What if I change or lose my phone?
With PRO, install the app on the new phone and restore the copy from your Google Drive. Without PRO, you can move the copy with a computer and a cable: here's how.
Who can see my patients' data?
Only you. Records are stored on your phone and, with PRO, in your own Google Drive. They never go through our servers.
Can my assistant use the same calendar?
For now Doctor Planner works on one phone, without shared accounts.
Is there an iPhone version?
For now it's Android only.
